Marc Strobel – 1st Percussionist at the Stuttgart State Opera, composer, and creative director. Strobel, a winner of national and international percussion competitions, has been contracted with leading orchestras, including the SWR Symphony, Frankfurt/M. Opera, and as Associate Principal Percussionist with the HR Frankfurt Radio Symphony. He was a scholarship holder with the Berlin State Opera's Orchestra Academy, performing under conductors like Daniel Barenboim, and has given solo performances with the Philharmonic State Orchestra Hamburg and others. His compositions, blending percussion, electronics, and dance, are featured in renowned theaters across Europe and on TV. With his brother Prof. Kai Strobel, he co-founded the Boum Percussion Academy, held annually near Stuttgart, and is regularly invited for masterclasses and festivals across Europe and Asia. Marc also holds a teaching position at HfMDK Frankfurt and endorses Meinl Percussion Germany.
