In case of active participation
- Registration fee: 100 EUR (non-refundable)
- Participation fee:
- Instrumental mastercourse only, and mastercourse and orchestra: 200 EUR
- Vocal mastercourse: 240 EUR
- The participation fee includes: 4 individual lessons, 2 of them with piano accompaniment (as required), possibility to perform at the final concert of the mastercourse, as well as free admission for the evening concerts.
- We provide information on the exact dates of the mastercourses on our website (Mastercourses).
- The number of active participants of mastercourses is 8-10 people, we cannot accept more applications than this.
For passive participation
- Passive participation in a mastercourse and free admission for the evening concerts
- Registration fee: 75 EUR (non-refundable)
- Participation fee: 75 EUR
Additional mastercourses
- Participation fee of the additional courses: 60 EUR/course in addition.
- To participate in one or more additional courses registration is needed on the application form.
- String Chamber Music and Practice Methodology courses can be also chosen as a main mastercourse. In this case its fee, similar to the individual mastercourses, is 200 EUR.
Orchestra Application
There is no additional participation fee for the orchestra mastercourse.
Applicants, who would like to participate in orchestral work only, required to pay just the registration fee, which also provides free admission for the evening concerts.
Applicants, who would like to participate in the orchestral work and also in an individual mastercourse (either an active or a passive student) required to pay only the participation fee of the individual mastercourse in addition to the registration fee.
Participation fee of the additional courses: 60 EUR/course in addition.
Additional information:
- All fees are gross amounts.
- Your application is valid only together with the signed application form and the paid registration fee.
- Payment deadlines:
- registration fee: 31th May, 2025
- participation fee: 20th June, 2025
- In case of failure to pay the registration fee by the deadline, the application will be cancelled.
- Payment in installments is possible by arrangement in advance.
- Based on the invoicing data given in the application form we issue an invoice for the paid registration and participation fees, which one will be sent by e-mail.
Cancellation policy
- In case a student cancels his/her participation until 5th June, participation fee that has already been paid will be fully refunded. Registration fee is non-refundable.
- In case a student cancels his/her participation between 5th–20th June, 70% of participation fee that has already been paid will be refunded. Registration fee is non-refundable.
- In case a student cancels his/her participation after 20th June, no refund is possible.
- In case Young Musicians’ Summer Academy cannot be held due to vis maior, participation fee (as well as registration fee) that has already been paid to us will be fully refunded.

Payments can be made by bank transfer until the specified deadlines.
