He was a member of the Debrecen Philharmonic Orchestra from 1984 to 2003. He is a College Professor at the University of Debrecen Faculty of Music, from 2005 to 2018 he was the Head of Department of Brass and Percussion Instruments. Since 2007 he teaches at the Jana Levoslav Bella Conservatory in Banská Bystrica. He is a member of international juries, he’s several students are winners of national and international competitions. He obtained doctoral degree (DLA) at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in 2011.
